not waterproof September 7, 2008 I wrote a review expressing my disappointment with this product earlier. At that time I felt its saving grace was that it didn't leak. After using it the past couple of weeks I've discovered otherwise. It isn't insulated, so I put a frozen water bottle in the pack to keep my lunch cool. By the end of the day when the ice melts and the bottle forms condensation, the "lunch pack" leaks. This product wasn't manufactured to be a lunch pack, it was a survival pack (a list of suggested emergency supplies is included.) I believe that is the reason it doesn't work as I hoped.
