This sleeve works and fits very well for me. As with anything, you have to take care of it (air it out after use. Hand wash in warm water), but it fits me well. I have 14" biceps (around) and a 7" wrist. It's a little loose on my wrist, but very snug on my biceps.
Also, this can be worn on either arm, but feels much better on the right. MUCH BETTER!

dont know what the others are saying, but the sleeve was perfectly compressed and is durable. Have used it for over 3-4 months now, and it hasnt lost its elasticity after machine-washing pretty often. Will def. by another
 Poor Quality For Price August 8, 2008
Too expensive, too big, and not good quality. Kept slipping off arm, not enough compression.

Overall, it's a fairly low quality Sleeve, however it does what it's supposed to do. It's elasticity doesn't last very long, though it comes back after washing with warm water. I would recommend it to anyone who has never tried a Sleeve before and is unsure how much it would help.
