I got this for present for hard to buy for friend, and it is so cute, fun gift, and fun to use, prettier than I thought it would be.

You don't need double purified Brita water, or even single purified. In fact, even sewer water will work (it might even work better). There's no magic involved. The movement of water molecules from areas of high to low density creates energy, moving energy. The display uses only a tiny amount.

I dunno how this little bad boy works. It isn't a strong electrolytic solution. I used simple double purified water (thru a PUR then a Brita system). It is a conversation piece most definitely. I'm thinking of giving these to a few friends for a present or a house warming. Just add water and that's what I did!!! Now if I could only do the same to my car !!!
