Basics Plus December 23, 2008 This is an ideal pocket knife for everyday use, and comes in handy when I'm fishing. The small size makes it easy to fit in the pocket, but the tools included make it more useful than many pocket knives. Hopefully I will remember it is in my pocket when I go through security screening. I had to pitch a very expensive knife going into a political rally because I forgot it was in my pocket. This knife is the replacement for that one, but at half the price.
Why do I need to write?????? November 24, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I tried to respond to the excellent service by this vendor before, but just checking "excellent" on the previous form was not good enough. Whoever put this thing together insisted on something written before they would accept my response. Note to Amazon survey writers: Be polite enough to take it the way the responder chooses to give it when you ask for their time to do a survey!
15 years in my shirt pocket September 26, 2008 I have had this knife every day for 15 years right there in my shirt pocket. I have fixed things, and peeled Clementines for my wife and kids using the orange peeler (works perfectly once you understand its function), tightened loose screws in the car waiting at stop lights, clipped a coupon or two, and loaned the knife to the wife and kids to fix the occasional hanging thread or broken fingernail, etc. Big enough to do a lot of useful work and small enough not to scare the timid when you take it out to use it. It is a useful addition to any man's pocket (or woman's purse for that matter).
favorite small pocket knife September 8, 2008 I have had several of these as they are confiscated at events where I forget to leave them in my car. It is the best knife I have found for not wearing a hole in dress pants pockets.
Best Pocket Knife July 16, 2008 This is the third one I've bought over last 25 years or so. Lost the previous two.
Scissors larger than the cheaper model; work great for cutting fishing line, opening plastic bags, other small tasks. Nail file has machined file face which works very well. The two blades are about right. Orange peeler blade worthless except for end which can be used as small flat blade screwdriver. Tweezers occasionally useful, toothpick is worthless.
